Inauguration: November 16th at 19:30h
During the First World War ( 1914-1918), a real flood of flyers, caricatures, photographs, films and posters appeared in the belligerent countries and unchained visceral hatred in what German sociologist Werner Sombart (1863-1941) called a "war of beliefs". Using the female image became the perfect vehicle to combine emotions and reinforce patriotic and sexual stereotypes using unconscious associations full of intention.

The speakers will make their presentations using 20 images with a duration of 20 seconds for each of them, limiting the speakers speech to 6 minutes and 40 seconds and sticking to what's really important.
